Welcome to Neovember, the month of NeonPlat, where I take the original NeonPlat Raw engine, and gradually upgrade it, adding new gameplay elements, features and modes.
By the end of Neovember, we'll have a lovely big Extreme version of NeonPlat, and we can all sit around and play it for days/weeks/months at a time!
In this first week, I've decided to tackle the task of bringing over the NeonPlat Adventures enemies, and popping them into the new gane.
So far I've managed the first 35 enemie...

Right, time for a new plan.
The last plan fell apart, and I'm struggling to come up with new games that work with all the possible targets, nicely.
Grrr!
So, instead, I've opted to do something that I initially planned to do months and months ago.

It's like playing around with a time machine, but without the risk of destroying the entire universe, simply because you happened to sneeze near a butterfly, or something!

I'm still not sure what I'm calling this release, but NeoNeonPlat has been stuck in my head for a couple of days. Seems to fit. Other suggestions are welcome.
Meanwhile, multiplayer (one system) is working great, and I'm starting to formulate how the scoring will all work out.
There are three different baddies, the white platforms are back, and I'm starting to build up a nice progressing difficulty system.
It's coming along nicely!!!

That's the last time I did a Mailbag post!

Over the past 6/7 months, I've occasionally dipped into the mailbag and plucked out little snippets, but I figured it was about time I did a proper one.

It seems my decision has now been made.
I'm going to reacquaint myself with BlitzMax, and give things another try.
But first I need to build up a nice new Jayenkai Framework.
There's a fair number of things that I want to put into place before we begin, so let's get cracking on the list.

It's that unexpected time, where I randomly choose to rummage through the bundles of silly game ideas, and pluck out the best/worst!
