It's 7 years since I first posted the Jiggity post, waffling on about my health, and the tumour, and all of that gubbins.
As is tradition, here's my annual health update post!
Feel free to skip by this post, it's all about my crappy health issues, and since nothing's changed, you probably know it all anyway!

I played about an hour of Mario Maker 2, yesterday, and got far enough to reach that annoyingly frustrating control issue that's been irritating me for decades.

Player "Cristo" has submitted four lovely level packs for JNKPlat.
You can either find them in the Online Levels section of the game, or grab them here if you need to download them manually (eg 3DS).

I spent most of last night trying various microphone tweaks in order to get just the right sound.

An hour per game, during which you get to play 10 minigames, and roll a dice 10 times..

Today should really be about making some new levels with yesterday's new tiles.

The basics are coming together well enough, aside from the odd controller issues.

Although August 13th isn't a significant date in my health matters, it is the date that I wrote this rather lengthy blog post, back in 2012.
It's now become a bit of a tradition for me to post an annual update on this date.

I'm trying my best to figure out a nice control scheme for this Sheepdog game, but the two main methods don't appear to be working out.

A bit of blind coding, last night.

Been coding WAY too much, these past few weeks.
I needed another rest day!

I struggled for about an hour with C Strings, or rather Char* strings.
They're a total pain in my backside, so at the start of the project I opted to do something that I thought would be "quite clever"

Although, when I say "Bitmap Fonts", it's more fundamental sprite functionality!
But I'm doing it to the bitmap font, so that's what gets counted..
