A Day of Nothing
Blog
10th May 2019
Yesterday, I opened up the Crossword Code to start work on the other reuses of the game, and sat staring at the screen for around about half an hour.

As the Shoebox grows, so the feedback flows!
You can Play the Shoebox of Games here. @RSKGamesToday I played Board of spikes and Ludo in android mobile. This is the first time I am playing shoebox of games in mobile and I found it to be a very good experience. Took a little bit of effort to place the ludo pieces initially but then it became easier. Stumbled upon a fascinating website, last night.
TimePix.uk shows old Ordnance Survey photos from in and around the Greater Manchester area. If you can pinpoint the OS grid reference for your house, you can flick through a selection of their photos. Views 42, Upvotes 7

At first, I thought this was simply an issue with my code, so I hunted online for a basic doodle-app, and found this page. It appears that the issue is, at the very least, not my wrongdoing! Basically, you plop your finger down, and roll it around a bit. On iOS, this results in a circle being drawn on the screen, whilst on all three of my touchscreen-enabled Android test devices, it instead results only in the initial placement of the finger. The radius of the touch is see... Views 113, Upvotes 7

10:30, last night, a Wasp appeared in my bedroom.
We hunted the cupboards for Fly/Wasp spray, but none was to be found. Instead, I spent the night on the couch, and it'll be battled at some point this morning. Views 71, Upvotes 3

13th August 2018
Although August 13th isn't a significant date in my health matters, it is the date that I wrote this rather lengthy blog post, back in 2012.
It's now become a bit of a tradition for me to post an annual update on this date. Other Jiggity Posts The posts are given the title "Jiggity", because my original post was titled "Home Again, Home Again, Jiggity Jig"! Views 662, Upvotes 37

I'm sure there's a better name for this, which probably already exists, but this is a method that I've evolved since doing Army of Flags, and it seems to be working well for me and my enemies!

The Box - Part Three

So far, no progress on the box.
I decided to attempt to get my simple Hello World code to additionally run on Android, so I started by looking into "Android compile C++" Various sites suggested I need the Android NDK and to look at the included examples. The examples, of course, weren't bloody well included, and I had to hunt for those, too. Views 122, Upvotes 18
