Got a nice background effect going in Petit Switch, last night. A parallax side-scrolling sky/ground thing, with trees and clouds swooshing by at high speed. Today I need to decide on what sort of game should go on top of that. I'm currently thinking some sort of fast paced shooter, a bit like Space Harrier, but only as a side-scroller, because I'm rubbish at pseudo-3d! Not sure. Find out tomorrow, I guess!

There's no new SpikeDislike theme, this week. It's far too late in the day to start work on something for that! Typically I'd've done that yesterday afternoon, but BlastTrax on Switch proved incredibly hard to finish off in time, with me finally getting it uploaded about half ten last night.

Xmas Day was spent with family, as it should be. Gifts and food, and time spent playing gmes. We got a card games called "Mr Lister's Quiz Shootout" which wasn't (booo) anything to do with Red Dwarf, but is instead a game about guessing top-10 lists. Quite fun. Played the game without watching the youtube trailer so it was a pleasant surprise to figure out by accident how the hearts spread in the game worked. One big heart replenishes the 5 small hearts.
