I reached the end of the SpikeVent collection last night. The final theme in place.
And then my brain shut down for the night, and I didn't wake up until noon the next day!
Oops!!

I managed to get some kind of gameplay working, though it's still very much "definitely not NeonPlat, honest" in terms of how it looks.

I've got stuck on a particular SpikeVent theme, and can't seem to get any further!

Oh dear, we're going down a different path again!

Though I attempted a number of different things yesterday, the end result wasn't worth writing home about.

The SoCoder edition of Daily Spike is coming along well enough.

Oh, geez, it's Monday already.
Been so focussed on SpikeDislike that I'm neglecting AGameAWeek Proper.

I started a game last week in GotoJSE, and as much fun as it is playing with "Element A", there's little to no gameplay going on in the thing.

Over on the Switch I have a random platform level generator, which spawns small areas with ladders attached at various points.

Right, the new SpikeDislike is in place, and though I've still a few tweaks to put into place before I'm happy with the basic engine, it is at least now in a state where I can start adding in themes.

Today's test includes music streaming. Things may or may not go well with this test, and server stats will be analysed in ways I haven't ever analysed server stats before!

Seems my head's in a bit of a SpikeDislike sort of mood, this weekend.

Time to switch up my art tool on MacOS.
As much as I've enjoyed using Pixelmator Pro, it's becoming more and more a Photo tool, and no longer suitable for pixelart and sprites.

Struggling to get anything done again, and yet surprisingly managing to get plenty done.
