New games every week!

An unexpected arrival, as my major 2-week-long project somehow manages to cram itself into the space of just a week.
Not entirely sure how that happened, if I'm honest..

-=-=-

Cramming this much content into a single week was one heck of a challenge, and it took pretty much every free minute of my time over the space of the past week.

The game looked like this on Tuesday..

and now looks like this..

Quite a difference, I think you can agree!

In a slight change from our usual "Blockman Gets!" mechanic, the game is no longer about hitting a specific target.
Instead, four little Blocklets are scattered throughout the level. It's your job to collect them all, and take them home.

The game's quite simple, but also fairly taxing, as you need to plan out your path without being able to see the entire level.

I've opted to go two completely different ways with the game's progression, too. As well as our standard "Path A, Path B, Random Path" options, there's also a "Greenie's Mini Quest" styled "0->999" 1000 level Quest mode.
That's 1000 level + 3*Infinity levels!

Not enough!?
Then I've also implemented a Pathfinder mode, which plays like Blockman Gets More's Path mode.
That contains another 1000 level Quest mode, and it's own Path A, Path B, Random Path endless modes.
..

2000 levels + 6*Infinity levels!!

Still not enough?
Then there's a epic "Expanse" mode, where every single level is stupidly oversized, and will probably make you so sick of playing the game, you'll give up before level 5!!
.. but with another 1000 levels and Path A, Path B and Random.

Essentially, then, there's around about 3,000 + 9*Infinity levels, which.. I think might be enough..

You can Download Blockman Worlds here for Windows or play it in your browser using HTML5.. It's also coming to OUYA, Android and iOS, but with the usual annoying review/otherwise delays making it hard to get everything ready in a short space of time!
