Having got all the Petit Switch two player stuff working (I think!) I started a quick Joust/Ostriches/Buzzards clone, yesterday.

Spent the majority of yesterday playing with a two-player mode for my Framework.

Each pie contains the same four numbers, but multiplied by the central number. Use your maths deduction skills to try and find all the values. You can Print out sheets of pies here, or alternatively Play it in your browser.

Work continues on my bulking up of my Petit Switch Framework, with the titlescreen now looking a little more familiar to regulars.

12:10am : Half asleep, forcing myself to stay away until the daily midnight Foldapuz tweet, I just about managed it, and then lay down in bed. 12:11am : Thought about circles, and what kind of number puzzles might be doable within those circles. 12:12am : A fully formed Foldapuz game idea. 3:30am : Got to sleep.

Spent yesterday flicking through the net searching for lists that work within the Letter Lattice/Wordsearch game style.

Alan suggests.. Did you ever see Reiner Knizia's _Decathlon_ dice game? Go check it out on boardgamegeek. Not that you'd want to copy it wholesale, but you could get some inspiration for different ways to total dice. PDF of the rules, and a scoresheet.

This week's Shoebox game will be an amazingly wonderfully imaginative game like you've never seen before, ever in your life. Amazeballs!!!

A blank slate, this morning, as I try to come up with a Shoebox game to do. I did consider getting back to finishing off The Quest, but every time I look at the code, the whole thing seems to be larger in scope than I ever imagined it might be.

The initial release, and it's working reasonably well. I've still got tons of important stuff to do, and I need to make the randomiser a little less random, and a bit more... pretty!! Spent most of today working on this. Now the side-panel is no longer an "Everything all at once" panel, and is instead a series of tabs that you have to flick your way through. This means I can now fill each tab with different elements and GUI bits and pieces. Next is all the mouse/touch stuff on the main display, to let you slide and rotate and scale the elements. ... AAAAARRRRGH!!!!

Michael Fernie emailed yesterday to tell me that Gamepad support wasn't working in the latest Browsercade game. Bah..

Making a start on Part Two of the recent project, I've opted to make this version a desktop app, as it gives me a teensy bit more functionality.

I'd worked hard and fast to get everything done by Thursday, that by the time Thursday Night came around, I was all coded out. I literally couldn't be bothered, at all. Instead, then, I opened up YouTube and headed to Jazza's channel.

Doctor suggested a recent MRI would help, so I'll be heading off up there again, once I've got the appointment for that.

Salford Royal, Neurosurgery, Outpatients. Haven't been up there for a good few years, and hopefully will be getting away with a general chit-chat, and perhaps a second outpatients appointment for a scan. If they keep me in, then.. Grrr!! I've prepared everything, just in case, though. My phone's topped up, and all items for a "Staying In Bag" are sat in my bedroom ready to be whipped up at a moment's notice. Scared? Me? Nah... .. I can't stand hospitals!
