The buyers have to withdraw their saving from their ISA to (presumably) pay the deposit on the mortgage, and "then" the mortgage will take another 5 or so days to clear. We're looking at maybe a couple of weeks? Maybe longer? .. But.. Man, have I said that, before!!! Let's just wait and see, huh?

The endless waiting is driving us crazy. The buyers need at least 5 days for their mortgage to get through. .. Is that all we're waiting for, now?!

Still haven't heard anything from either our, or the buyer's solicitor, as far as getting a move on the move goes. Our Estate Agent did at least email, assuring us that, if we haven't heard anything, that means they likely haven't pulled out at the last minute. .. Urk!

Well, there goes that fiver I won on the lottery over the weekend. The Washing Machine broke.. \o/yeay\o/

Why can't anything "just work" any more?

Haven't heard anything more from the solicitor. Not sure if I want to hear anything today, what with it being Friday the Thirteenth, and all.

"I still await confirmation from your buyers solicitor they are ready to proceed" We're still waiting for a 100% tick on the sale of the house, but apparently everything Bungalow Side is good to go. We're 95% of the way there. Let's just hope the buyers don't pull out, now, after waiting so damn long.

The new TV arrives at some point incredibly soon, according to the tracking information. Hurray!
