Spending today playing with Amiga things.

Managed to draw the donkey quite well, yesterday, after which the simplicity of the game fell into place. Job done. Release on Petit Switch, late tomorrow.

I woke up in the middle of the night, thirsty, so grabbed the big glass of Tango from my bedside cabinet (an old PC tower!) and gulped it down in record time, before falling back to sleep again.

After a night of busy coding, I was finally trying to get to sleep at about 2:30am. I switched off the light, rolled over in bed, and ... tap. tap tap.. tappity tappity tap. The sound of a great big moth flapping around the room.

What a happy title for a card game!! Fairly complex rules ahead, but it's actually really simple once you get the hang of it. Your aim in this game is to remove all "Pay off" cards from your side of the table. An early start to my usual busy Thursday, as the cat managed to wake me up at 7am. The Pixelart's done, the blogging's complete, the ALChoon is uploaded, and now all I have to do is write the SoCoder Newsletter and finish off the Helicopter game.. Oh, yeah.. There's quite a lot of Helicopter game still to do, isn't there. Hmm..

Crikey, this is a bit messy!

I rewrote a few parts of "My Little Rescue Helicopter" over on Petit Switch. Today I need to add in the little characters to rescue, and then decide on the best mechanic for enemy aircraft. I was never 100% happy on how the shooting controls worked, so that needs a rethink. Otherwise, that should all be ready for a Friday release.

It's 7 years since I first posted the Jiggity post, waffling on about my health, and the tumour, and all of that gubbins. As is tradition, here's my annual health update post! Feel free to skip by this post, it's all about my crappy health issues, and since nothing's changed, you probably know it all anyway!

Blimey, General thoughts! Usually I don't get a chance to look at the ins and outs of the general frameworks and such, once I've started using them. But the new Javascript-based frameworks allow for realtime tweaking, and also fixing old broken things along the way, too. Cool!! So, if you've ANY thoughts about ANYTHING relating to the Browsercade/Shoebox/Foldapuz stuff, please do share, and I'll try my best to keep these sort of posts coming.

Yesterday I spent a good couple of hours working on a couple more XM Modules for the Browsercade.

Try to draw a single loop which crosses all four of the hearts, but doesn't cross itself.

I've started on a remake of Endless Forest for this week's Browsercade game. I'm hoping to try to add some sort of extra elements into play, but right now I'm at a loss as to what those might be.

A nice and gentle game of MiniGolf. Putt your way around, and aim for the hole. Bonus points can be gained, but watch out for the water! You can Play MiniGolf in the Misc area of the Shoebox.

If you refreshed Shoebox, yesterday, you'll have been able to play MiniGolf, but I didn't officially release it.

The Minigolf game's quite fun to play, so far, and today I'm going to try to add a couple more obstacles. I'm thinking a giant spinning stick that thwacks the ball if it's within the radius, and maybe adding some directional floor tiles that act a little like slopes.
