Yesterday, as I watched the empty scoreboards once more, I decided it was probably about time I "switched them on" properly. -=-=- Note : In order to activate online scores on my recent games, hop into the options screen, and Enter Your Name.

I've often wondered about stats like this, so today I built a quick little took to make a little stat list for me. (55%) 499 3DSBrew (17%) 158 Windows (14%) 132 Linux (11%) 106 MacOSX Downloads (since May 1st) of games created using my new C++ Framework.

It seems that if you have a .php file inside a folder, then it gets its own error_log file, meaning all this time I've been having a little error log grow inside an old abandoned folder, because I forgot it had a broken .php file in there! .. Oops!!

With the 3DS onslaught in full swing, and this week's game being delayed, what better time than to stop and pause, and think about the other myriad of things that I'd like to do..?!

So, the R4 3DS i Gold + (or something) turned up last night, at around 6pm, and I spent the next two and a half hours faffing about to get the Homebrew Launcher installed onto my old 3DS.

I'm currently unsure whether I can get the framework running on 3DS at all, or at least, not in it's current condition.

Everything seems nice and stable with the Win/Linux/Mac framework, but it's a shame that Android and iOS aren't currently part of the journey. What better time then, to choose to take a really odd detour, and see if I can squeeze in a little extra.

This week's game might end up carrying over to next week, as I still have an awful amount to do, and not a whole lot of time left for this week. (Plus, it's Easter Weekend, and we've got family showing up, so there'll be less coding time for Jay!)

So, I scrapped the Sheep Herder engine, and started a new "time trial based" engine instead. I got a classic Thrust style gravity ship, popped it at the start of the track on the top left of the screen. Fire for Thrust and then left and right.

Quite a busy day, yesterday. Not only did I get the game finished off and posted, I also then tackled a couple of website things that I'd not yet bothered to do.

I love to play Scrabble. Mum also loves to play Scrabble. This coming Mother's Day (this Sunday) me and Mum will probably be spending some time playing Scrabble.
