The main reason I haven't done a proper fighting game is entirely down to my lack of art skills.
If you look at the majority of my player characters, they all have rather stumpy limbs. As such, any "fighting" would probably end up being magic/projectile based, rather than up-close fighting, and that kinda puts me off the whole idea of doing it, every time I think about it.

Perhaps I should, though. It's probably a good idea to have a "JNK Characters" spritesheet in the Browsercade, and a fighting game would be a reasonable use case for having one.

Meanwhile

Michael Fernie got in touch to let me know that the thumbstick on an XBox, if accidentally clicked, causes the Browsercade to Pause.
Must fix that, today!

The main issue being that, as far as Javascript is concerned, that button is just one of many numbers. None of the buttons have labels, and different controllers give different numbers for different things.
It's all very very hard!!

Meanwhile, Meanwhile..

I posted a Foldapuz game, last night, so I need to post about that.

I also have to trundle/stumble down to the Doc's, again, for a bit of a chat about how mostly-useless he's been over the past half a decade.
Should be fun...
