New games every week!
2020 Plans

14th December 2019
I think the schedule for 2020 might be slightly different than the absolute insanity that I've been doing the past few months.
-=-=- Foldapuz is easy enough. I can usually manage to do those within a few hours, since they only require a generator, and no horrific mouse/touch GUI to be added for the games. They're very much the lazy-man's sort of AGameAWeek! The hardest part of Foldapuz is coming up with ideas for each game. Lately there's been a lot of "Pinch whatever idea I can find off the internet" because, really, there's not all that many things that work in the realm of pen and paper!! Petit Switch games are more or less easy to do, too, but the more I make, the harder it's going to be to cram the increasingly larger games into the time available, as I run out of tiny games that can be done super-fast. I'm still surprised I managed to fit Quadoban into such a short timescale as I did, though! I might attempt a few more "Multi-Level" games for it. Something like Chuckaball might be fun to try out, but it has that weird "Should be in portrait, but the Switch is in Landscape" issue that I hate.. If I post the Foldapuz on Tuesday morning, that means I've got all of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to work on a Petit Switch game, and then the next few days to code another game for either Browsercade or Shoebox for Monday. And .. I think that's probably the sensible schedule. Tuesday Morning : Foldapuz Thursday Night : Petit Switch Monday Morning : Shoebox or Browsercade. If I alternate the Shoebox and Browsercade, making one each week instead of trying to cram both of them into the short schedule, then it'll give me a lot more freedom to make slightly larger games, and .. hopefully.. finish off a few of those unfinished games that I've half-completed in Shoebox!
