Developments

Yesterday I attempted to make a better video generator for AL.
I switched from Blitz3D to BlitzMax, meaning I no longer have the ability to generate a 3D Cubic AL, but I do at least now have scaling, alpha and rotation under my control.
The end result is quite nice looking.

As nice as that looks, however, it managed to bump up the video's overall size a little.
I've managed to make a 2 minute video that takes up 521Mb.
Ooops!!

I'm going to fiddle around with the compression, today, see if I can get that under control a little.

A lot of working out was done.
The resulting game, though, wasn't fun.
An idea scrapped, a project gone.
Now to start another one.
