Yet modern needs do beckon us,
With files of every kind,
How to merge the old and new?
A balance we must find.

Perhaps a fusion we could craft,
Of yesteryear and now,
Skeuomorphic folders meet
The cloud, but how? Oh how?

Drag and drop with vintage flair,
Right-click for new sensations,
A file system reimagined,
Bridging generations.

This Workbench-inspired interface,
Both fresh and reminiscent,
Organizes digital life,
In ways both new and distant.

Int. Dave's apartment - Morning

[Dave is surrounded by boxes, packing away his Zen Office supplies. Green enters, looking concerned.]
Green: Dave, what's going on? It looks like you're dismantling your entire Zen empire.
Dave: I've given up, Greenie. There's no point.
Green: No point? But what about all your chakra-aligning rocks and virtual sticky notes?
Dave: All useless. Nobody wants Zen Office repair. Time to pack it all away. None of my chickens are aligned.
Green: Come on, Dave. You can't give up that easily. Remember when you thought your TV career was over after one show?
Dave: But it was. Anyway, I've wasted months on this Zen Office nonsense. It's time to face reality.

[Scene Two]
Int. Dave's apartment - Afternoon

[Dave is sitting on the couch, surrounded by boxes. Green is helping him pack.]
Green: You know, Dave, maybe this isn't so bad. It'll give you time to think about PhileSplitter 2k20
Dave: [chuckles] Yeah, maybe I could work on that for a while.
Green: And hey, no cats trying to assassinate your eyebrows this time.
Dave: Small mercies, Greenie. Small mercies.

[Dave picks up a can of Coke, then puts it down]
Dave: I think I'll lay off the Coke for a while too. New beginnings and all that.
Green: Wow, you really are serious about this.
Dave: Sometimes you just have to know when to quit, Greenie.

[Scene Three]

Int. Dave's apartment - Evening

[Dave and Green are surrounded by packed boxes. The apartment looks bare.]
Green: So, what's next for Dave, the ex-Zen Office repairman?
Dave: I don't know, Greenie. Maybe I'll go back to regular IT. Or maybe I'll find something entirely new.
Green: Whatever it is, I'm sure you'll make it interesting. You always do.
Dave: Thanks, Greenie. You know, despite all the craziness, I'm glad you've been here through it all. Cheers, Greenie!

[Dave and Greenie clink together their Coke cans.]
Dave: [laughs] At least life's never boring with you and Cokey around.

[The coke genie winks from the corner of the room]
Dave: Well, that's it. The end of the Zen Office era.
Green: You know, Dave, maybe it wasn't all for nothing. You learned something, right?
Dave: Yeah, I learned how to organise my apartment for optimal zen. And you got a kitten!
Green: Yeah. I should probably go check in on him.
Dave: Kewlykewly! I'll come, too!

[As Dave and Green leave the apartment, the camera pans over the empty space, lingering on a single Zen rock left behind on the windowsill, beside a giant counter with a number 1 on it.]
