Am I taking too many rest days, this month? Maybe, but after the chaos of last month, I think I deserve it!

We had one of the neighbours visit for a good hour or so yesterday, which was nice. He was probing into the cost of the new windows and such, asking who we'd got them from. He's after a new porch for his bungalow, and since ours turned out as well as it did, figured he'd ask who we got, etc.
I say "Porch".. It's barely a porch at all, and is mostly made up of two window sections and a door. It's not much of a porch. I'd call it more of a coat-room, but if you put more than a couple of coats in, you've filled up the whole thing!!
But it has been brightened up something lovely, compared to what the old porch+windows were like. Those were old aluminium framed things, and there was condensation all through the little room. The new windows and doors have definitely done it justice.
It's still noisy as heck when it's raining, though. His is the same, and he suggests that extra guttering hasn't helped at all, so. *shrugs*

But yeah, a nice visit and chat.
And he brought us some chutney, made from his homegrown tomatoes.

Meanwhile...

I got some more Piano Practice in, and spent some time digging out my GBAsp, and old carts.
I've not many of those carts left. Hmmm. Where do all my games go? Oh yeah, they get borrowed.. Thank god for Digital Downloads.. Now they won't all go missing gradually.

.. Anyhoo, with a bit of cleaning both inside and out, the old GBAsp's working as well as could be expected.
Screen's dark as hell, but I think that's more a case of comparing the screen to .. Anything newer than an original iPhone.

But the little GBAsp's been charged and is ready for whatever purpose I might be able to think of, for it.
I wonder how hard it is to do Homebrew for that?
I wonder how bad SpikeDislike would look on it?
I wonder if I've already given myself enough to do, and should just focus on fixing up JSE..?
It's hard to say, really.
