I opted to give the thing a little wiggly wire that you could connect between two points to spark some particles.
It's a simple enough little toy and having that little wire makes it fun to play with, which is nice.
The script shows off all the different particles that JSE can generate, and even has a couple of little UI sliders.
Which makes me consider 4 things.
1. That I really need to see if I can find ways to make more colours when drawing sprites.
2. That I should consider adding more particles styles, because they're nice, but kinda the same after a while.
3. That I need to fix the Swirling particles as they're insanely fast compared to the rest.
and
4. That I should probably add some sort of GUI elements to JSE. Hmm...
Oh yeah, and also fix the scaled, rotated, alpha'd issue in Firefox.
Gosh, there's so much to do, just from this one little example.
Gah!!
[Dave is tinkering with his PC, surrounded by empty Coke cans and various electronic parts]
Dave: (mumbling) Just one more wire and I'll have the ultimate Coke-cooled PC.
Greenie: (entering) Dave, what are you doing now?
Dave: (excitedly) I'm upgrading my PC! It'll be faster than ever!
Greenie: (skeptically) Are you sure you know what you're doing?
Dave: (confidently) Of course! I applied for that hospital computer job, remember? I'm practically an expert.
[Dave connects two wires, and suddenly a massive spark erupts from the PC]
Dave: (jumping back) Bloody hell!
[The spark causes a chain reaction, zapping Dave's Coke cans and creating a lightshow in the room]
Greenie: (ducking) It's like being at the gates of RC Homes all over again!
[Scene Two]
Int. Dave's Flat - Moments Later
[The room is filled with smoke, Dave is covered in soot, his hair standing on end]
Dave: (coughing) Well, that didn't go as planned.
Greenie: (sarcastically) You don't say? At least your Coke stash survived.
[Dave reaches for a Coke can, but as he touches it, another spark flies]
Dave: (yelping) Ow! What the...
Greenie: (laughing) Looks like you've become a human battery, Dave!
Dave: (grumbling) Great, just great. How am I supposed to drink my Coke now?
[Scene Three]
Int. Dave's Flat - Later
[Dave is wearing rubber gloves, trying to clean up the mess]
Dave: (sighing) This is worse than the time I spilled Coke on my keyboard.
Greenie: (helpfully) At least you didn't get 10,000 volts through you like in that remastered version of your life.
Dave: (sarcastically) Oh, thanks for the reminder. That makes me feel so much better.
[Suddenly, there's a knock at the door]
Matt: (from outside) Dave? Are you alright? We saw a huge flash from your window!
Dave: (panicking) Quick, Greenie! Help me hide this mess!
[Dave and Greenie frantically try to clean up as the knocking continues]
Dave: (to himself) Maybe I should stick to comedy instead of electronics.
[As Dave reaches for the door, another spark flies from his hand]
Dave: Oh, for f-
