Good grief, weekends are awful. Nothing happens!!!

I'm used to weekends where I rush writing a game, and panic that everything's not done in time.
Spending a whole weekend sitting about, knowing that all the solicitors and estate agents are taking days off, is frustrating as all heck!
Just sitting here.
Waiting.
Nothing happening.
Gah!!

Meanwhile...

We ripped up the carpet in my bedroom, yesterday.
It's been in there since my Sister had the bedroom, before she moved out to college and her life free of our insanity!!
I moved into the "Big Bedroom!" about a year or two before all of my hospital-drama, so the carpet's been in there maybe about 20 years or so..
In fact, if we take Mr Potatoe (sic) Head's word for it, the carpet was laid in November 2002. Gosh, that's an old carpet.



The room isn't as bare as you'd expect, though, since the giant rug I bought last year manages to cover about 70% of the bedroom floor.
In the bungalow, my bedroom's a little smaller, but we've estimated that the rug should just about cover most of the flooring.
How lazy is that!?!

Meanwhile, Meanwhile...

I started trying to write a game, yesterday. Decided it might be fun to replicate the gameplay featured in yesterday's Pixelart.
I barely got any code off the ground, before my head was already giving up for the day.
Geeze..

I must apologise for the extreme lack of AGameAWeek-Proper, lately.
But with all the mental gymnastics of the house-move, even when sitting around doing nothing, it's just been really hard to focus on coding.
Which definitely isn't like me, at all!!
