The phrase "May be a Shared Ownership scenario" left Mum and myself in a state of sheer panic on Tuesday.

Unable to ring up the bungalow Estate Agent as they'd already closed for the day, we had to wait overnight, with that phrase ringing endlessly, without much sleep.
Yesterday morning we finally got hold of them, and they rang the vendor to find out more information.

Apparently the house IS currently in a Shared Ownership scenario, but the price we've offered will encompass the payment of the current owner's share, and ALSO the price to pay off the remainder share, too.
At the end of the day, it was nothing to panic about, but hearing that news so late on Tuesday meant that me and Mum had to sit on it, and stress out about it, all night.
It really was one of the most unpleasant nights of this whole situation, and we really didn't enjoy that at all.

Meanwhile...

Last night would've then been a much better sleep, except that I decided to finish off the last 5 episodes of Ted Lasso before I got to sleep.
.. And each one of the five got longer, and longer, and longer!!!
Episodes were over an hour long by the end of the season, and my bedtime got later and later as a result.

If you intend to binge-watch the end of a show, do yourself a favour and check the runtime first!

Instagram/Facebook launched the Threads app for limited regions, last night, and the iOS app is stuck in an iPhone frame like the Instagram app is, because inexplicably, they STILL don't account for the iPad, 14 years after it was released.

I mean..
Come on...!!!!
