Developments


I got a nice amount of coding done, yesterday!

The enemy AI is still rather basic, but the little sparkly spinning gem things are at least roaming around the maze.
Today will be spent getting them roaming the larger area, as well as figuring out how the player should cope with them, and finding the right balance between there being too many enemies and it all being a bit too easy!



Note the timer in the top right, too.
I'm currently undecided whether that should be a "Game Over" timer, or just for a Bonus..
Hmm...
I guess I'll find these things out, once I start playing the thing.
That's how AGameAWeek usually works, anyway!

I wonder what madness I'll add to this game.
There's certainly plenty of scope.
But keep it contained so it isn't too bad,
Or the poor little player won't cope.
