But what to do with it!?

A couple of days ago, I had an image of a game in my head.
I've been putting it off, playing with the "Enter Your Name" screen and such, but today's the day to get working on this game idea.
The thing is, I've no idea what the game is!
All I have is a single picture in mind. Like a screenshot. I can see it quite vividly, but I can't figure out where to take it from there.
Usually I have an idea for gameplay which evolves into a proper game... But not a picture.
... A picture's weird!

*shrugs*
Might as well see what happens.
You never know, it might be fun!
