Developments

Over on SoCoder, the basic daily polls are starting to get a little repetitive and dull.
Instead, I've decided to create a "Daily Doodle Challenge", which will work a little bit like the Pixelarf challenge.

It's certainly taking long enough to get things going, as I'm first having to write a complete pixel-art-box in Javascript and HTML.
Some fairly complex stuff in the code, especially since I need it to work on mobile devices as well as the standard desktop browsers.
So far, I've just about managed to get the basic pixelart grid onscreen, along with a zoom box.
They mostly work on Desktop, but iOS sees the canvas being dragged around the screen, and all manner of other oddities.
I need to work all that stuff out, next.
Bah, humbug!

Events	An earlier morning, today. Got up and got all my regular bloggy-based stuff done before 10am!
	Blogged, Tweeted, Emailed and more. I even posted Memories of Mackey to the Amiga Remix site!
10-12	Got some work done on the Pixelart doodle box thing. Got the Zoom function more or less working. Was going quite well until I tried it on the iPad. Bah.. Going to have to lock the thing into place, before touch detection works.
12-2	Extra work on "Daily Doodle Challenge", trying to figure out the iOS side of things. Baffling.. Bloody HTML!!
2-4	Relaxed and watched stuff on YouTube for a while. Tomorrow I'm heading outside into the world of reality, so I'm taking things easy and preparing myself for a busy day. .. Really not looking forward to it.
4-6	Still doing nothing! Ate a lot of biscuits!
6-8	Figured I'd better do something vaguely useful, so tried to do some ALChooning. .. It didn't go well!
8-10	Got the map for C to load, but have yet to code any gameplay. Time to watch this week's new Red Dwarf!
	Gave up after the map loader, mostly because I want to be ready for tomorrow's big day out.
