Developments

Yesterday I was playing about with hi-res photos, and noticed my system's memory was at about 89%.

I naturally assumed it was all the photo work, so I did a shutdown and reboot of the system.
.. Except it's still hovering at 90%.
I've scoured the system for obvious reason, googled like a crazyman trying to figure it out, and ..
.. well, I haven't done any coding.. :

I'm still not sure why my laptop memory's screwed.
All I do know is that there was another mystical silent update, yesterday, and I'm fairly sure now that that's what's caused this issue.



Bloody thing..
8Gb of ram, and I'm left with less than a gig to use.
That's just not right..
Grrr..
