BlastTrax has passed iOS Review, so all is looking good for it's target August 27th release date.
Since the game is now up on the AppStore, but currently locked tight until the release date, I thought I'd have a bit of fun with it, so I posted the following challenge onto Twitter.



With 2 hours to spare, could anyone possibly guess the original title of the game!?!

I'll admit, I didn't get nearly as many entries as I was hoping for.

@bramblett05 suggested Rainbow Road or Explode Trax
@aleczandah suggested Rainbow Ride and Turbo Kart
@nickd3000 tried fastTrax
@SebastianLenton went for Super Rainbow Gunner Adventure 64 - Hyper Fighting
@wademcgillis took a whole bunch of guesses, including Shoot Cars, Color Race, Tempo Kart, Racer Zord and.. Tsalb Xart!
@SJHilll attempted switching the titles around to make Trax Blast
@HassanISahba tried Track Plat
and @thechicken123 gave Race Rockets a go.

Who was closest?



TrackShot was the game's original title, changed because when you try to Google TrackShot you get WAY too many results for other things! BlastTrax isn't entirely unique, but it is a little less chaotic!

I think I'm going to give the prizes to..
@HassanISahba for being the only one to use the work Track in it's entirety, and @wademcgillis for Shoot Cars, which is sort of along the lines I was originally going.
