The shelves are now almost entirely empty.
The Gamecube got tucked away into a box, last night.
Now all that remains are a pile of books and another 5 or 6 consoles.

There's also a drawer full of knickknacks, but that's been more or less reduced to packing tools. Tape, scissors, marker pens, and a swiss army knife for emergency unboxing!
There's also the grooming drawer with shaver, comb, deodorants and the like.
Getting down to the last few bits, now.
Mum's also managed to get about 80% of her clothes packed, but it certainly took a little bit more than my "All my clothes fit into one box" scenario!

As far as the downstairs goes, there's still all the cutlery and crockery to get packed away. Currently wondering what the best way to keep all the plates secure might be.
Do we opt for a more modern bubble wrap/packing foam, or do we just buy a few newspapers and do it oldskool?
Hmmm..

The house is looking fairly empty at this point.
Random charger cables have vanished from view, and even the large TV cabinet has gone to charity, with the TV now sat on a sewing table!!

...
And then we sit, waiting.
It'd better not fall through, at this point!
